“Start where you are, doing what you can.” “Little is much when God is in it.” As a consumer, we felt it was important to know not only where our meat was coming from but also what it was fed, how it was raised, even how it was harvested.
As the saying goes, “You are what you eat.” And what we put into our bodies affects us holistically. So, with that in mind, we set forth in Spring of 2020 to start raising our own meat animals. We want to be the good stewards that not only care for the animals God has placed into our charge, but also in taking just as much care in the harvesting of the meat. We are first and foremost consumers of what we raise.
We want our customers to have peace of mind that what they are purchasing from us is not just a commodity for us to make money off of but an investment of time, concern, care. Even our own blood, sweat, & tears. All in an effort to produce the best meat sources available.

We are approved to raise and butcher coturnix quail for the purpose of selling in NC. We also are approved for on-farm butchering and selling of poultry in NC.
We are also compliant with USDA, NCDA&CS, as well as FDA. Quality is a top priority. “If our family won’t eat it, I’m not offering it to your family.”
